When you click through to an operator, an attribution cookie or URL parameter records that the referral came from this site so the operator can credit us. This is how the site is funded — see our terms and privacy policy. It records the referral, not your identity.

Third-Party Cookies

Operators, analytics providers, and affiliate networks may set their own cookies once you interact with them. We do not control those and cannot switch them off on your behalf; their own policies apply, and we would encourage reading them.

How To Refuse Or Delete Cookies

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, either wholesale or per site, in its privacy settings — Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all provide this. Blocking analytics and attribution cookies will not stop you using this site or reading anything on it. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of it.

Do Not Track And Global Privacy Control

Our analytics are configured to respect a Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one. We do not sell or share personal information in the sense the CCPA and CPRA use, so there is no opt-out sale mechanism to offer you — there is nothing being sold to opt out of. If that ever changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top will say so.

How Long Cookies Last

Strictly necessary cookies are mostly session cookies and disappear when you close the browser. Analytics cookies persist for a limited period so a returning visit is not double-counted. Affiliate attribution cookies are set by the network rather than by us and typically last between thirty and ninety days, which is the window in which a signup can be credited to a referral. We do not control that duration.
